Supervision guidelines

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests, please refer to our supervision guidelines. All children under the age of 14 should be accompanied on site by a responsible adult or adults. Whilst we are here to help, we cannot take full responsibility for your children. Parents and guardians must ensure they adequately supervise their children.

To help you, we offer a guide below as to numbers of adults required.

Skating Rink
No child under 4 should skate. All children under 8 should be accompanied on the rink by an adult (1 for every two 4 and 5 year olds and 1 for every four 6 to 8 year olds.) Adults supervising children from 8 to 14 years may watch from the side (1 for every 8).

Ski
We consider that children under 8 years old may find the ski trail quite tiring. All children under 12 should be accompanied either on the ski track or walking along the parallel trail (1 for every eight 8 to 12 year olds).

Maze
The maze is suitable for all age groups, and we do not charge for under 3s. Children under 8 should be accompanied in the maze by an adult, as per the skate rink above.

Enchanted Wood walk
The Enchanted Wood walk is suitable for all age groups and we do not charge for under 3s. All children under 12 on the trail should be accompanied by an adult. (1 for every six under 8s and 1 for every ten under 12s).
