Brand new Santa's Grotto!
We always like to make Santa feel at home at Stockeld Park so have prepared him a beautiful, new, luxury log cabin all the way from Lapland! Santa is welcoming children to visit him from 10th November onwards.
Santa, or 'Father Christmas' as he is often known, will be delighted to welcome you to his new grotto at Stockeld Park. Santa's Grotto is conveniently located near Leeds, Harrogate and York. See Santa’s visiting advice below.
Beat the queues
To go with our wonderful new Grotto, Stockeld Park has also created a fabulous new system to help our guests beat the queues.
Once you’ve purchased your Grotto ticket, make your way to Santa’s check in desk. Here you will be given a number and a mysterious gold coin. There are screens around the site and when your number is called, you can make your way down to the Grotto. Here you will meet Mrs Claus, who will show you into the Grotto and you can give your gold coin to Santa. This new system not only reduces queuing time, but also means that you can continue to enjoy all the other Adventure Zones, cafe or magical gift emporium before you head down to visit Santa in his luxury log cabin.

During weekends in December lots of people want to visit me and this often leads to long queues – come early and you’re more likely to see me in my new home!
I’m not as busy on week days, so this is the perfect time to tell me what you want for Christmas. Bargain hunters will be pleased to know that you can save big by visiting me in low season!
My elves have created an amazing queue management system which lets you know when I’m ready to see you. This new fangled technology will let you know when to enter my Grotto! These things don’t work in the North Pole so if you have any questions, you’re best off asking one of my elves! This all means that you and your family can relax, browse the Gift Emporium, enjoy a festive hot chocolate in the café or maybe fit in some ice skating before coming to see me.
