The activity ticket office will close half an hour before closing time.

Open from 3.00pm - 8.30pm

Daily opening times
Saturday 24th October - Sunday 3rd January
11.30am - 8.30pm daily*

Site closed at 7.00pm on 24/12/09
Site closed 25/12/08 and 26/12/09
Site closed at 7.00pm on 31/12/09
Site open at 2.00pm on 01/01/09
Please note the skate rink is only open from 2.00pm during weekdays in Nov with exception of school bookings

Grotto opening times
Saturday 14th November - 24th December
Weekdays 3.00pm - 7.00pm until 17th December
Weekdays 12:00pm - 7.00pm 18th December onwards
Weekends 12.00pm - 7.00pm
On Christmas Eve Santa will be in his Grotto between 12pm and 6pm

The cost of a ticket is £6.50 per child, whatever their age, including under 3's. The ticket price includes a gift. Santa has gifts suitable for all age groups.
No bookings taken just turn up. At weekends in December we may experience long queues. Why not come during the week when Santa isn't as busy.
Please note: in December last ticket sales to see Santa is 6pm

Fresh Christmas trees
Christmas trees on sale everyday from 28/11/09
Early opening from 9am on Saturdays and Sundays in December for Christmas trees sales and collection only.

Firework display
Please arrive by 6.15pm, firework display will start at 6.45pm prompt.
